Description

Just installed "chirp-daily-20190321-installer.exe" from a older version of "chirp-daily-20190112-installer"... There are several issues that work on the older version but do not work on the latest version. I have had to revert back to the chirp-daily-20190112-installer and it works fine.
(1) Downloading from ANYTONE 5888 to a CSV file and uploading that file causes an error. Also, Copying an older file to load causes an error about the STEP SIZE not being correct.
(2) On Wouxum KG-UV6, Copying an older saved img causes the same step error as mentioned above.

Again, can upload image using the older version with no issues.
