Description
UV-82HP is not being detected due to firmware variation not recognized by CHIRP. Update detection to support this firmware version variation.

The previous patch only fixed the reading of save CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file. A followup patch that addresses cloning from the radio has been submitted and accepted. This should (finally) be resolved in the next CHIRP daily build.
