I have this mostly working, except for one thing. I can add and remove channels from banks successfully. If I add memories to banks and upload to a radio that has never used memory groups before, the memory groups cannot be recalled. Using the radio to add another channel to a group works, and after that all the programmed banks can be recalled. It seems like there is a bit somewhere responsible for "memory group feature enabled", but I haven't been able to find it.
