Description

Unfortunately the issue described in Bug #763 doesn't appear to be fixed on my system. I tried Daily 04/07 & 04/08 and the results were the same (no popup window).

I've several active COM ports available in Device Manager.

Thanks for the follow-up! Since I couldn't reproduce your issue, I had to be a little speculative about the best way to handle it. Since the comports function returns a generator, the actual problem pops up in an unexpected spot. I've pushed a change for tomorrow that should resolve it. I'm going to hold off on closing this until you verify, so please come back here tomorrow and let me know that it's working.
