closedUV-8HP memory channel not work on/off

Description
My scanner is not changing to memory mode when I turn it on and off. I have just manually put my frequencies in CHIRP download to radio still nothing. I saved my memory on my computer how do I upload that list to my radio if need to rest scanner?

Hi Justin,
It sounds like you RESET your radio before you downloaded from it to CHIRP. When you RESET this radio, the VFO/MR Switching setting is disabled. You just need to enable it again and refrain from resetting your radio. So tick the box on the setting shown below and upload the change to your radio.
Settings -> Advanced Settings -> VFO/MR Switching (BTech UV-82HP only): [X]
