Description
When submitting RadioReference.com query in CHIRP with Washington, DC zip codes, get message "Server raised fault "Invalid County ID". This is probably due to the fact that DC has no counties, just the city.

DC is not a county. Please fix. This is super annoying. Trying to go watch a protest and monitor fire activity but cannot do so. Can not find a workaround to program my radio.
