I open Chirp, click on radio, click on data source, click on Radio reference.com , Put in user name VE3RNM, Password xxxxxx and zip code K1C 2J1 . Then I get the error message. It seems not to accept the zip code. We use letter and number combination where as the zip codes are all numbers.. Please note that it works fine with Repeater Book, and I can go to Radio Ref direct and my account is active.

I concur. It doesn't seem to like the zip code. When I got to http://www.radioreference.com/apps/db/ and put K1C 2J1 into the zip code field, it doesn't work there either.

This is an issue at RepeaterBook, not in Chirp. Only US zip codes work; other postal codes won't.
Also, this duplicates #713.

This isn't an issue with just Repeaterbook. If you put in a DC zip code while querying RadioReference, it tells you invalid county ID because, shocker, DC isn't in a county.

I reached out to RadioReference last night with the bug and they have fixed it. Consider this closed. Please try again and confirm it works. I just confirmed.

Good luck!
