I can not update on windows 10 windows is updated.

hey Justin,
your report is very very sparse on details. But based on what you did write, you might have some luck by looking at some of the past reports.
On the Chirp website homepage, at the top right, there is a search box. If you type in CTYPES.PYD there and search, you will find some reports that could help you.
They deal with 'ctypes.pyd file in use' errors, read/write authority issues, etc. which are not Chirp errors, nor do they relate to whether windows 10 is updated or not.
