In the original IC-2730 release there were two tone modes that were marked "*?". I now know that these are "pocket beep' settings.
The plan is to change the label and add an information item to describe all the strange modes.
Also; add an information item mentioning that the radio does not support cross-mode tones.

Adds full Cross mode tone>tone for rtcs/ctcs/dtcs
