CHIRP

I've got one of these radios, and my programming cable should be here today. Would you entertain a patch from me if I'm able to make it work? I'm not a Python programmer, and I've never used your software (this is my only radio), but I'm a better than average programmer.

I'm pretty much Linux (Fedora) only. Any quick-start developer tips (that aren't already in the docs) would be appreciated.

Change upper UHF limit to 470.000

Sorry Dan, I looked everywhere (except the top row) for New Issue. I did create a new issue because the radio supports 400 -479.9975. I really do need to get new glasses:)
