I have 3 Retevis RT76P radios that I have been programming them with manufacturer's software, but I really like the ability of CHIRP to import and export. So yes I can loan one.
Also have RA25 and RT47V.
I will go to the year old request on the RT47 and offer to loan it.
RA25 I'll contact manufacturer and see if they will.
