Description

Add support for masking and unmasking memories on Yaesue VX5.

On import/download, mark masked memories as empty, but populate fields anyway.
On edit of masked memory, convert to normal memory.
On delete of normal memory, mark memory as masked.
On delete of masked memory, mark memory as unused.

I'm going to call this one done now. There's still work to be done for the 7x00 and 8x00 radios, but it's a little different from the others.
