Greetings
May we please have CHIRP properly registered and reporting version info in Package Manager [Winget]?

Everytime "winget upgrade" is issued only the "daily-20210814" version is listed, and newer versions appear as blank, forcing Winget to downgrade if you issue a "winget upgrade --all" command

PS C:> winget upgrade

In this example above the the 20211016 version is installed, but winget wants to down grade to the older version
