Using CHIRP daily-20220408
There is no option for reverse mode in channel memories, and when an upload is committed to the radio, all offset channels will be written with reverse mode on.
This requires manually changing all channels off of reverse using the radio's interface.

This can be closed. The option exists for channels by going to memory properties -> other. The other properties aren't in the main screen, but it is possible to select all channels and remove reverse duplex / BCL for all channels.
