closedMac Book Air Monterey chirp Issues launching

Hello Fellow Comrades I am having trouble Getting Chirp to Launch when I get Passed allowing it to launch the app just Crashes now I tired to do the terminal Commands and that doesn't Help it makes thing worst so when i run the Commands then try to Run Chirp the App Opens then quits it doesn't even Run it seems like the App is Corrupted but doesn't give me any respond
HERE Are my steps taken to get where i am @ currently
Step 1 Download the Files from the chirp Website
Step 2 Run the Files/Open the installation does it thing and installs Chirp
Step 3 I Proceed To Open Chirp then i get Chirp cannot be opened because the Developer cannot be verified
Step 4 Next I headed over to my settings and went to Security & Privacy under General and Allow App from i allow Chirp to be opened once I did that i got to the the App Crashing
Step 5 Now i Opened the terminal and Ran the following commands to get it to stop Crashing
xcode-select --install
codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/CHIRP.app
once i did that the App will no longer open it just starts then quits instantly
IM Running Mac OS Monterey 12.4
I have Python 2.7 installed if there anything im missing explain to me
but i dont understand the Apple security updates Page for Monterey about installing Python 2.7
if you need any Pictures tell me what you need and i get them up here
These are the 2 Commands lines i Ran in the Terminal
xcode-select --install
codesign --force --deep --sign - /Applications/CHIRP.app

This Issue can be Closed Issue 9920 is the one for me i selected the Wrong OS
