Description
When modifying squelch settings in the service settings, these new settings, when uploaded to the radio, won't stick. Upon downloading from the radio, the factory settings are displayed.

After review, I see that the cloning process stops just short of uploading the squelch threshold settings. A test driver module that should resolve the problem has been attached to this issue. Please test and provide feedback.
Let me know if you need instructions for how to load an external driver module for testing.
