Need a debug log per How_To_Report_Issues

debug.log attached.

1. start CHIRP
2. Read from Radio
3. Attempt to modify channel 192, hit error

I can confirm the bug that affects writing to channels 192-194, I've attached a screenshot.

I believe that I have located the issues and implemented fixes. Those 3 channels had values in them that, because of the way CHIRP-next works, were considered as being out of range.

I have attached a modified driver module (th_uv88_192-194_fixed.py) for you to test. Here is how you do it.

1. Launch CHIRP. Make sure you are running today's CHIRP-next (20230303) or newer. If not, upgrade and start over.
2. Click Help in the menu bar and select Load module from issue
3. Key in the Issue number for this ticket (10383) and click the [OK] button
4. Select the driver module listed and click the [OK] button.

Your CHIRP is now running with the test driver module loaded. Test and report back your results.

Note: An externally loaded driver module like this does not permanently change your CHIRP installation in any way. Once you close CHIRP you will have to re-load the driver module in order to have the added fixes or features again.

Once I receive favorable feedback, I will create and submit a formal patch.

Jim Unroe There seems to be an issue with the Scan Type (Menu 17) not saving the correct search setting when you select one of the options - CO, TO, SE in Basic Settings > Scan Type in Chirp. I believe they're out of order and should be listed as TO, CO, SE.

This is unrelated to this issue. If you open a ticket for it, I will take a look at it.
