Description
I'm using latest Chirp
Windows 10
Icom Cable
Problem: can't upload memory channels for UK repeaters.
Please see screen capture and error log.

Here's a quick fix for you that you can use with the LoadingTestModules procedure.
The actual fix will be a bit different and will go into tomorrow's build (2-April).
