Description
When installing the new version of Chirp-Next from the download (not from within Chirp-Next) all of the settings, recent files, folder locations, and warning messages are reset to the default verison.

Ooh, yeah, thanks for reporting this. This was fallout from #11234 which made the installer run the uninstall routine before upgrades. I was never crazy about that solution, but now I realize it caused this. Not sure how nobody has noticed/reported this in the meantime.
So yeah, appreciate reporting it, I'll get it fixed for the next build, thanks!

Whoops. I didn't notice everything was gone, but I noticed that the \backups folder was removed after and upgrade. Thought it might have been by design so I was waiting for a good time to make a case that this pretty much rendered the auto saving of backups worthless.
