Description
When programming DTCS Codes in my Baofeng UV-5R, the value 645 is missing from available values in the dropdown. Programming any DTCS Code above 645 causes the next lower code to be programmed (ie choosing 654 programs 645, 662 programs 654, 664 programs 662, and so on. This may occur on other radios that use DTCS Codes but I don't have anything besides my UV-5R to test with.

None of the radios I use support that code, that I know of, so this is probably specific to a few models.
