Description
Trying to connect this radio to use on CHIRP. I downloaded the python run time and well as a driver. I'm running Mac OSX El Capitan 10.10. When I try to download from the radio it says error and fails. I was told to use the Baofeng variant when selecting the radio uv5r model I believe. Still nothing. I'm doing something wrong. Please help! I am also using a retevis 6in1 programming cable.

This radio should be supported. If you haven't resolved your problem, please try again with a recent version of Chirp.
