CHIRP

Today I received a new Leixen VV-898 radio and programmed it with chirp-daily-20160116. Chirp didn't import several frequencies in the range of 483 to 488 MHz.

The manual that came with the radio lists:
136-174 MHz
400-470 MHz
But one I found online lists the above ranges for transmit but it lists the following for receive:
87.5-108 MHz
136-174 MHz
200-260 MHz
400-520 MHz

I verified this by entering 483.4125 and 220.0000 MHz in the VFO mode and in the case of the former heard a transmission on that frequency.

Also, I noted that Chirp gave no warning about what it considered out of range frequencies.
