1)Squelch can not be set

I just programmed the squelch level setting in the Basic Settings menu and a squelch threshold setting in the Service Settings menu. Both programmed fine.

2)frequency range can not be extended

This is by design. The UV-6R driver is programmed to match the factory band limits.

3)ponmsg (lcd message) can not be programmed

I just changed the power-on message of my radio. No issues.

4)uhf software ıssue :( poor sensitivity --- UHF-VHF TX GOOD VHF rx very good but uhf rx very poor :(

This sounds like a hardware problem. Maybe a defective antenna.

This is not a UV-5R. If it was the same as (or similar to) a UV-5R (like a UV-6, BF-F8HP, UV-82, etc.) it would have been supported by CHIRP long ago. This radio, so far, is unique and has its own driver.

Unless you can provide more details as you why you think these settings are not working, I don't know how I can help you. You haven't pointed out any of the known issues. The issues that you are having cannot be duplicated by me.

Known issues:

  1. The power level setting is inverted. A patch has been submitted.
  2. The radio only supports 6 character channel names and CHIRP allows 7 characters (like a UV-5R, BF-F8HP, UV-82) to be entered. A patch has been submitted.

In the mean time you can upload the backup image that you made from your 1st successful download. That will put the radio back into the exact same condition it was before you made any changes using CHIRP. A link to a copy of the OEM software is on miklor.com

1)Squelch can not be set
I agree. In service Settings, if you change squelch levels, upload settings and download, you will see old values (ranging from 15 to 23).

2)frequency range can not be extended
Modifying upper and lower limits is ignored. Using official software you can do it.

3)ponmsg (lcd message) can not be programmed
Same behaviour. You can read values from radio but not upload them. Official software can.

4)channel name is still limited to 6 characters.

I'm using CHIRP daily-20171104
