I've got access to an Retevis RT23 so I'll see what I can do about getting it supported. If you would have opened this issue as a New Model instead of a Bug, I would have just used this one. I opened a New Model issue for this radio so you can follow it "here":http://chirp.danplanet.com/issues/4619.
