Description
Band edges are displayed in Chirp, however they are greyed out. We need the capability to edit these band edges, to lock the radio to amateur bands only.

This would limit the usability of Chirp quite a bit. There are legitimate reasons for transmitting outside the band limits (e.g. MARS operation); and there are radios outside the BTech family which are used as commercial / marine rigs, etc. So in general, that might be causing more problems.
