Description
I am unable to program my 82hp in the 400-520mhz range. When I upload the file from the radio to CHIRP, it shows frequencies in that range. When I try to edit them, it shows "error setting memory:Frequency is out of supported range." I am using the current daily build.
When attempting to program on the radio itself:
In channel mode on the radio, the frequencies in this range are there and work. When I switch to frequency mode, I cannot enter a frequency in this range. Stranger yet, in frequency mode, it will accept frequencies in the 200mhz range. The radio will transmit and receive in this range.

Solution Found- Somehow the UHF upper and lower limits were set to 200 and 250. I was unable to edit them in chirp. I downloaded the VIP software from Baofeng. I was able to enter the 400mhz frequencies in VIP. I then uploaded to the radio. I then downloaded to chirp. This successfully changed the UHF limits in chirp. The rest of the programming went well.
