Description
Yaesu FT65 is supported but not FT25, as far as I know is quite similar.
Can it be supported?
Regards

I can add FT-25 support if I can borrow an FT-25 from someone, or if someone will perform a few simple tests for me. I am in the process of adding two additional FT-4 variants and two additional FT-65 variants. If the FT-25 tests show that it is in fact similar, it should go quickly.

I ordered an FT-25R today. I can try the tests your mention, or possibly lend you the radio once I get it. I would love to be able to use Chirp with it. Thanks!

Any progress on this one? Is it very different from the 65, it looks like there is a different specific programmer tool on their downloads page.

I'm happy to do any tests needed to see if this can work. If not, I suspect we could chip in to buy one for someone who'd like to do the work, since the radio costs roughly teh same as the programming software.

I also have a FT-25. As far as I'm concerned its a brick if I can not program it from a computer. The software that Yaesu provides is too buggy on Win 10 to use. I too would appreciate an update to chirp to support this model. I am willing to test as well.
