Description
It ITU, IARU and various nations define band plans that describe default repeater offsets, modes, tones etc for specific bands.
For example, Australian Amateurs have their own band plan that's based off ITU allocations and tailored for the region:

Please add support for band plans other than the current "Automatic Repeater Offsets" option.
