This was marked duplicate in error. As discussed in #8531, the RT-15 is a different model than RB-15. I believe that the WLN KD-C52 is a re-branded RT-15, so this will also enable support for those models.

What can I do to help get this radio supported? I am happy to work w/ developer. I would consider providing a radio for development work.

I'm having issues with retevis software, so im "motivated" to make this work...
