On UV-5Rs, BF-888s, UV-25x2 and possibly others there are per channel settings which do not get exported to CSV. Most notable is "Power", but also missing are items in the "Other" tab of "Memory Properties" such as BCL (BF-888s, & UVs), PTT (UV-models), and DTMF signaling (UV-25x2).

Obviously, these elements could not be imported into radios without these features (just like Comment, URCALL, DVCODE, etc). However, they should at least be present in the export for subsequent import to those which do support them.

For example, one should be able to export a UV-5R and then import to UV-25x2, which would carry over BCL, & PTT ID but leave Optional Signalling & Mute unchanged. Conversely, UV-25x2 to UV-5R should set BCL & PTT ID, while Optional Signalling & Mute are ignored (along with Comments, URCALL, etc.
