I was able to get hold of the actual working icom ic v86 prog software..i can share it here so everyone can use it and chirp can have its format for everyone to use instead of purchasing the same...how do i contribute or share this prog software email me danetcon@gmail.com thanks

Please don't share software made by other parties on this forum, it would potentially violate copyrights.
Somebody will have to write a driver for this radio, or modify an existing one. Until this hasn't happened, Chirp won't be able to drive this radio.
