Description
I am new to this and am trying to follow the beginners guide and it says to click Radio menu and then Download from radio.I have spent hours trying to figure out where the radio menu is so that I can get started. Please reply and let me know where to locate it at.

It should be in the top Menu bar Dennis
File|Edit|View|Radio|Help

Dennis, CHIRP is an application which you will need to install on your computer in order to read from your radio. It is not a web app and does not run from a web page.

Please describe you CHIRP installations. Things such as which operating system you are using (Windows, Linux, macOS)? Also indicate which version of CHIRP you installed. Perhaps upload a screen capture of the CHIRP window.
