Description
While radio is connected to computer, it doesnt allow any uploads to the radio for templates.

The first thing you must do is "download" from your radio to CHIRP. Once you have saved your first successful download, unedited as a CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file as a backup, then edit the tab as needed, you then "upload" the changes back to the radio.
