Description
The WLN KD-C10 seems to be an upgrade to the popular WLN KD-C1 (Retevis RT22, etc.), with a removable antenna and several supposed extra features, such as "voice scrambler". For whatever reason I did not see where to say that I would be willing to support the procurement of a radio for the purposes of writing the software necessary to use chirp to program these.
If it helps at all here is a link to the manufacturers webpage for the model: http://wlnradio.com/productsinfo7b11.html?zt=30&id=31&iid=36

- Status changed from New to Feedback
The OEM software would have to work for the CHIRP developer.
