Description

Maybe it is a bug? Not so sure. Mentioned in #8975, it is possible to program ABBREE AR-F8 by using Wouxun UV-KG8D. On the other hand clicking 'settings' tab shows nothing.

※Please let me state this clear that I connected AR-F8 successfully by managing chanel data by CHIRP and upload into AR-F8 itself.

Your radio likely has one or more settings that is/are out-of-range. Attach a freshly downloaded CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file so the offending setting(s) can be determined.

Could you tell me a way to get it?

Once you have downloaded from your radio and created a tab (as you have done to create the screen capture photo that you have attached), you will click "File" in the menu bar followed by "Save As" to bring up a "Save As" dialog which will allow you to name the file and choose a location to save it. Once it is saved, you will be able to attach the saved CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file to this issue the same way you attached the screen capture photo that you added when you opened this issue.

If you also want to attach a debug.log file, then do the following to create a "clean" debug.log file.

1 Close CHIRP.
2 Open CHIRP.
3 Download from your radio to create a tab in CHIRP that was created from your radio. An alternate method would be to load an existing "*.img" file that was previously saved from a tab that was created from downloading from your radio.
4 (optional) , Click the "Settings" tab to verify that the settings area is blank as shown in your screen capture photo.
5 Close CHIRP.

Instructions for how to locate the CHIRP debug.log file are available on the CHIRP "How To Report Issues":https://chirp.danplanet.com/projects/chirp/wiki/How_To_Report_Issues page.
