The RT27 models (there are FRS, MURS and PMR446 versions) aren't directly supported by CHIRP. Without having possession of one or more of the RT27 models, it is difficult to know if they can be programmed by choosing a similar supported model. If they are, it would most likely be by one of the currently supported Retevis FRS, MURS or PMR446 radios.

The RT82 is a DMR radio. CHIRP does not support DMR radios.
