No, I don't think so. At least not on the Mac version. I opened the calling frequencies list and selected three entries, right-click, properties. the only thing I could edit was the Comment (which did work) but the Skip field is greyed out.

This does work and has worked for as long as I have been using CHIRP (since around 2012). Just did it on my MacBook Air with a image from a Baofeng UV-82.

1. highlight the memory rows you want to edit.
2. either a) click the [Properties] button at the top of the spreadsheet style memory editor or b) right-click a highlighted memory row and choose "Properties" in the menu that appears.
3. In the Memory Properties editor that appears, tick the box to the left of setting(s) you wish to edit ("Skip:" in this case) to enable editing.
4. change the setting(s) to the desired value ("S" in this case).
5. click the [OK] button to make the change(s) permanent.

Which version of CHIRP are you using and which radio Vendor/Model is the CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file are you trying to edit?
