Unfortunately the part of the screen that would help determine the problem has been cropped off. But just guessing, you are not choosing Vendor: Radioddity and Model: UV-5RX3 if it was manufactured for Radio oddity or Vendor: MTC and Model: UV-5R-3 if it was manufactured for MTC.

If neither of the above solves the issue, attach a debug.log file and/or the downloaded CHIRP Radio Images (*.img) file.

You are using Vendor: Baofeng Model: UV-5R which is a dual-band VHF/UHF radio. It will not support the 220 MHz band. You should be choosing Vendor: Radioddity Model: UV-5RX3 to get the added support for the 220 MHz band.

Changing the Vendor to Radioddity worked, thank you.

Perhaps the wiki and/or profiles should be updated to include this workaround (i.e., using the Radioddity profile for a non-Radioddity X3 radio).
