closedFrequency step issue with Radioddity R2 (related to 6745)

Description
New Radioddity R2. I was able to download the default config from the radio. I was unable to import the FRS config file, it just didn't work. I used the Radioddity software to tprogram the radio for FRS channels 1-14 with no CTCSS tones, and channels 15 and 16 with tones on both TX and RX. Works as expected. When I read the radio with CHIRP, it does not read the TX tone, but leaves it at 88.5; it does read the TSQL tone properly. When I try to change the TX tone, it gives me an error that says:
Error setting Memory:Frequency requires 12.50kHz step
This may be related to #6745, but a different message.

Confirmed related to #6743, #6745 and #6755 (all reported by the same user), looks like that on the radioddity_r2 module frequency steps are missing from the device description header.
I attached to this a module where I copypasted the steps from another device and edited the modulation array for wideband FM from WFM to FM, so that importing repeaters from remote databases becomes painless, tested working on my device.
You can try loading it from CHIRP itself from File > Load module.

I converted the entire .py file into a patch (against chirp-daily-20190718)
Should be a lot easier to verify and implement by one of the devs.
