I RECENTLY PURCHASED A BAOFENG UV-5XP. TRYING TO ADJUST THE SETTINGS WITH CHIRP HAS BEEN A TASK SINCE THE SETTINGS DO NOT SHOW UP. WHAT IS THE ISSUES WITH THIS??

Hi Robert,
Your radio has a setting with an out-of-range value. How to "fix" your radio would depend on which setting is the culprit. Examining the debug.log file will usually show which setting is the problem.
