I RECENTLY PURCHASED A BAOFENG UV-5XP. TRYING TO ADJUST THE SETTINGS WITH CHIRP HAS BEEN A TASK SINCE THE SETTINGS DO NOT SHOW UP. WHAT IS THE ISSUES WITH THIS??
