Description
I need to be able to connect via comm port as high as 19. How can I do that? I can't connect to port 3,4, or 5 on my computer.

Dave,
CHIRP supports COM ports all the way up to 256. It will normally detect available COM ports and list them automatically. If it doesn't, you can click in the Port setting box and edit it to any COM port from 1 to 256.
But you can't just pick a COM port out of the blue and expect CHIRP to be able to use it. Your computer determines what COM ports are available, not CHIRP.
