I read the instructions above:

1-Is there a download site where I can download firmware files?
2) Which program will install the firmware file, please help urgently***

- Model affected changed from (All models) to Baofeng BF-F11
Chirp cannot handle firmware updates.
On top of that, I believe Baofeng radios cannot be flashed with new firmware.
Closing this ticket, because it's not a Chirp issue.

The BF-F11 (not to be confused with the Baofeng F-11 sold by Import Communications back in 2013) appears to be a Baofeng BF-A58S variant, does not have update-able firmware.
Only a very few models have firmware that can be updated. For example, the Baofeng DMR models and the recent Baofeng models sold by Radioddity: GT-5R and the UV-5X (which I have recently heard through the grapevine has been renamed UV-5G). Firmware downloads for these models would/should be available from the dealers that sell them.
