Description

I bought an Anytone At-778UV with program cable and it came without software, wondering if CHIRP can create something to program this radio or if this is a knock-off of some radio already that I can use existing software. I have tried to get ahold of the manufacturer several times but you know how that goes they are in CHINA!

If I were willing to loan an AT-778UV is there some one interested in writing software to program the rig? I can't afford to ship the rig out side the US but should eb able to get on sent with the US in short order.

Thanks,
AE7HS

After purchasing the Midland DBR 2500 version of this radio, I am also interested in seeing it supported by Chirp. I download the free software from Midland's website, but isn't as good as Chirp.

Please review the rules in Rules For Loaning A Radio. If you agree with them, we can set the "Equipment Loan Offered" flag for you.
You will still have to wait until there's a developer who would like to pick up the job.
