I tried the following:

I tried changing it to the specific chirp-daily version: chirp-daily-20210706
~/Downloads/chirp-daily-20210706$ sudo apt-get install chirp-daily-20210706

Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package chirp-daily-20210706
... still no luck finding the daily update.
